전자금융거래 이용약관(시행일자: 2025년 11월 25일) 제1조 (목적) 본 약관은 주식회사 리버스랩(이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 전자금융거래 서비스인 ‘옐로우버스(YellowBus)’의 이용과 관련하여, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.제2조 (정의) “포인트”란 이용자가 회사가 정한 결제수단을 통해 구매하여 옐로우버스 서비스 내 문자 발송 등 유료 기능에 사용할 수 있도록 부여된 선불식 전자지급수단을 말합니다. “전자금융거래”란 이용자가 전자적 장치를 통하여 회사의 서비스와 나이스페이 결제시스템을 이용하여 결제 및 충전을 수행하는 거래를 말합니다. “PG사”란 결제대행업체인 나이스페이먼츠㈜를 말합니다. 기타 용어는 「전자금융거래법」 및 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따릅니다.제3조 (약관의 명시 및 변경) 본 약관은 서비스.. 더보기
