Personal information collection and use agreement

The company collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the Timoni On-Demand Taxi service. Please read the following carefully and decide whether to consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

2. Personal Information Collection Methods

(1) The company collects user's personal information in the following ways.

1. When the user agrees to the collection of personal information and directly enters the information during the service use process.
2. When provided by a business partner (limited to those who have obtained consent for collection).
3. When collecting personal information through the customer center consultation process (including phone calls, mobile application services, etc.).
4. Collection method: When collecting for participation in events/promotions.

(2) The company collects location information in the following ways.

1. Real-time location information collection based on cell ID using mobile phone terminals.
2. Location information collection through GPS information collected through dedicated terminals with built-in GPS chips.
3. Location information collection through Wi-Fi information collected through dedicated terminals with built-in Wi-Fi chips.
4. Collection of location information provided by the location information API provided by the operating system of the terminal such as smartphone, tablet PC.

3. Collection and Use of Personal (Location) Information

The company collects user's personal (location) information for the following purposes.

(1) Fulfillment of contractual obligations, mileage payment and settlement, and billing and settlement of fees for service provision.

(2) Discovery and provision of new/linked services (including mobile web/app) related to the company and improvement of existing services.

(3) Identity verification and user management for service use.

(4) Preservation of records for dispute settlement, handling of user complaints and service-related inquiries, and use for announcements.

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information as above. However, if you refuse consent, you may be restricted from using the service.
