THE SWING provides your personal information to third parties as follows.

 

1. Third parties to whom personal information is provided

Mutual sharing of SWING members (members using the service - drivers)

 

2. Purpose of providing personal information to third parties

Provision of taxi hailing and vehicle matching services, mutual identification between members using the service - drivers

 

3. Items of personal information provided to third parties

Name, mobile phone number, origin and destination information, and flight information

 

4. Period of retention and utilization of personal information by third parties

Until the completion of the drop-off (however, in the case of canceling the call, until the time of cancellation)

 

5. Penalties for refusal under the right to refuse

The information subject may view or modify his/her registered personal information at any time, and may also request deletion of information and suspension of processing. If you request the deletion or suspension of information, we will take action without delay.

 

However, if you do not agree to provide personal information, you may be restricted from using the SWING TAXI service.
