THE SWING collects and uses personal information of users as follows.
1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information
To provide call-van matching service (hereinafter referred to as 'SWING TAXI Service') through the SWING TAXI platform.
2. Items of personal information collected and used
Information related to the operation and use of SWING TAXI service (payment history, personal location information, IP address, network location information, app installation information, access history, service use history, various complaints/inquiries/accidents)
3. Personal information retention and use period
5 years from the end of the commercial relationship
4. Right to refuse agreement and disadvantages
You may refuse to agreement to the collection and use of personal information. However, in this case, you will not be able to use the SWING TAXI service.
