[Delegation of Personal Information Processing]

2. When entering into a delegation contract, the Company specifies matters related to responsibilities, such as prohibiting the processing of personal information for purposes other than performing delegated tasks, implementing technical and managerial protective measures, restricting re-delegation, managing and supervising the delegatee, and compensating for damages, in documents such as contracts in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company also manages and supervises whether the delegatee safely processes personal information.

[Destruction of Personal Information ]
1. Time of Destruction
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer necessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose. However, if certain personal information must be retained for a specified period in accordance with the Company's internal policies or relevant laws, it is securely stored using methods such as transferring it to a separate database or changing its storage location.

2. Destruction Procedure and Method

1. The Company uses cookies to support users with fast and convenient website usage and to provide personalized services.
Cookies are very small text files that are stored on the user's device when they access a website. However, this information is stored only when the user provides it, and the "mobile service" cannot obtain information that the user has not provided nor access other files stored on the device. 2. If the data subject is a child under the age of 14, their legal representative may exercise the rights mentioned above on their behalf.

7. When a data subject makes a request regarding their rights, the Company verifies whether the requester is the data subject themselves or a legitimate representative.
[Processing of Personal Location Information]
The Company processes personal location information as follows in accordance with the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Location Information Act").
1. Purpose and Retention Period for Processing Personal Location Information
The Company processes personal location information within the scope of the purposes specified in the "Terms of Use for Location-Based Services.
2. Basis and Retention Period for Records of Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Location Information
In accordance with Article 16(2) of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, the Company automatically records and preserves confirmation data regarding the collection, use, and provision of location information. These records are retained for six months.
3. Destruction Procedure and Method for Personal Location Information
As a general rule, the Company promptly destroys personal location information when it is no longer necessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of its processing purpose. Personal location information stored in electronic file formats is destroyed using technical or physical methods to prevent record recovery, while paper-based personal location information is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
4. Provision of Personal Location Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide location information to third parties without user consent. If personal location information is provided to a third party designated by the member, the Company immediately notifies the member via the communication terminal device used to collect the location information about the recipient, date and time of provision, and purpose of provision.
5. Location Information Management Officer
The Company designates a Location Information Management Officer to manage and protect personal location information and to efficiently handle user complaints and requests. The Location Information Management Officer also serves as the Personal Information Protection Officer.
6. Rights, Duties, and Methods of Exercise for Guardians of Children Under the Age of 8
1) The Company considers the consent of the guardian of individuals falling under the following categories (hereinafter referred to as "Children Under 8 Years Old and Others") to use or provide personal location information for the protection of their life or physical safety as equivalent to their own consent.

② Adults under legal guardianship
③ Individuals with mental disabilities as defined by Article 2(2)(2) of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act, who qualify as severely disabled persons under Article 2(2) of the Act on Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation for Disabled Persons (limited to those registered as disabled persons under Article 32 of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act).
2) Guardians who wish to consent to the use or provision of personal location information for the protection of the life or physical safety of Children Under 8 Years Old and Others must submit a written consent form to the Company, along with documentation proving their status as guardians, signed or stamped with their name.
3) Guardians who consent to the use or provision of personal location information for Children Under 8 Years Old and Others may exercise all rights granted to personal location information subjects as stipulated in Article 6 of the "Terms of Use for Location-Based Services."
